We are an OLEV approved installer of EV charging points and can offer electric vehicle charging solutions to suit your needs from a variety of manufacturers. If you have more than one electric vehicle there are devices available which can monitor your households energy consumption. Most buildings don’t have sufficient power to fast charge multiple EVs simultaneously. These devices can prioritise charging of EVs, turn down the power going to EV chargers or simply turn them off if the site is nearing its power usage limit.
There is a government grant for electric cars provided by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV)
The OLEV Grant also known as Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) provides £350 off the cost of purchasing & installing a home charging point and is available for most electric cars and plug-in hybrid cars.. You can claim one charging point per eligible vehicle and up to two charging points per household.
To qualify for the OLEV Grant, you need to have purchased an eligible electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle from 1st October 2016 onwards.
You must have off-street parking. You must use an OLEV-approved home charging point installer.
